Dr. Tal Leead Bio:
Dr. Tal (PsyD) is a psychologist, best-selling author, and founder of Happier Being™. With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Tal is trained in a variety of psychotherapy modalities but currently focuses on positive psychology. Her first book, “Happier Being: Your Path to Optimizing Habits, Health & Happiness” was published in September of 2022 and topped several Amazon best-seller lists. Since publishing, the book has sold thousands of copies, received a finalist award from American Book Fest, and was featured in various publications. It has received praise from the likes of world-renowned meditation expert Sharon Salzberg, amongst many others.
Before running her own practice, Dr. Tal worked at a Los Angeles County mental health center where she advised the top medical team on best practices and increased her patients’ well-being. She received her doctorate degree in psychology (Psy.D) from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
Over the past several years Dr. Tal has been a presenter / featured speaker for the following organizations:
